Customer Experience Crossroads: It's all happening at the loo
Just last night, I was meeting my brother and his girlfriend at the Capital Grille here in NY and when I went into the bathroom I remember thingking to myself "Wow, this is a really nice bathroom. Not enough companies really pay attention to their bathroom experience, even in really nice places.
And today while surfing around, I came across this post about an upcoming Bathroom Blogfest and thought how cool is this! I'll see if I can post links to this conversation during the week.
The ladies have had it and we're going on a quest to clean up the ladiesrooms of the world. What started as a casual conversation between Stephanie Weaver and I has quickly turned into the Bathroom Blogfest.During the week of October 30, we'll be plunging into the ladies room and posting on the customer experience. Does it matter to your customers? And if it does, how does yours stack up? What's the good, bad and ugly of the ladiesroom experience? If someone hired us to fix this horror-show, what would we all suggest be done? Tune in to these fine blogs Hallowe'en week (and isn't that fitting?) to get the nitty gritty on the ladiesroom:

The ladies thank you for the link David, and hope you'll add your unique perspective to the blogfest. Lots of posts are up already. For links to the other bloggers, stop by www.arc.typepad.com/customercrossroads.
